Delete Your Essal Installments Account

This page lets users of the Essal Installments app (by Essal Installments company) request deletion of their account and associated data.

Steps:

1. Fill in the form above with the mobile number registered in the app.
2. Submit the request — you will receive a request number.
3. Our team will contact you on that number to verify account ownership.
4. Your account and data are deleted within 90 days.

You can also request deletion by calling 01061938481.

Data deleted: account data (name, phone number, national ID, password), request data (address, job, housing type), uploaded document images, device identifier and push token.

Data kept: only installment contract and financial transaction records, retained for the period required by Egyptian law and then deleted.
